With Space Between designs and facilitates soulful learning experiences. We work with individuals, teams, and organizations to explore the relationships we have with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Our goal is to create experiences that center creativity, joy, and community —supporting our clients to navigate a changing world with a stronger sense of connection, purpose, and confidence as leaders.

As a consultant, I take on 1-2 larger projects each year. Some of my areas of expertise are Design and UX Research, Learning Design, and Community Design. I apply participatory, co-design research methods. I have experience leading design teams through complex social impact projects. meet Alysha,
Founder and Lead Facilitator
Alysha is the Founder and Principal Consultant of With Space Between. She is a Facilitator, Design Researcher, and Creative Strategist passionate about creating learning experiences that cultivate community, build meaningful relationships, and develop confidence. Always centering joy and creativity, she has 15 years of experience working with brands and organizations to co-create experiences that drive towards positive change through design. She has led and developed community strategies across sectors and has deep expertise in learning and community design.

I am intentional about being responsive to what’s happening between people in a room and creating experiences that set people up to shine, connect meaningfully in new ways, and to feel sincerely seen. Prior to starting With Space Between, Alysha was a Design Director at IDEO developing the craft of co-design research– focused primarily on an education portfolio. She began her career as a public school teacher with the New York City Department of Education, which is the foundation of her approach. She values learning, curiosity, and community care. She holds an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BFA from Howard University. Additionally, she is a published poet, with her book "I Wrote This to Heal" being an intimate collection of poems and essays written on a journey towards radical self-love.
